What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a data plan without a physical SIM card. Most modern smartphones support eSIM — check our compatibility page to confirm.

How do I install my eSIM?

After purchase, you'll receive a QR code. Open your phone's Settings, go to Mobile Data / Cellular, and scan the QR code to install. See our installation guide for step-by-step instructions.

When does my plan start?

Your data plan starts when you activate the eSIM at your destination and connect to a local network. The validity countdown begins from the moment of first connection, not from the date of purchase.

Can I use my eSIM in multiple countries?

Country-specific plans work only in the selected country. Regional plans (e.g. Europe, Asia) work across all countries in that region with a single eSIM.

Can I top up my eSIM?

Yes, if your plan supports top-ups. You can add more data directly in the app without buying a new eSIM. Look for the "Top Up" badge when browsing packages.

Will I keep my phone number?

Yes. The eSIM runs alongside your primary SIM. You keep your home number for calls and texts, while the eSIM handles data.
