Your information is used to provide eSIM services, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payment credentials are handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor (PayTR).

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@flexisim.app.
