Refund Policy

Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Once an eSIM profile has been downloaded and installed, it cannot be refunded. This is because eSIM profiles are single-use digital goods that are consumed upon installation.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@flexisim.app with your order ID and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exceptions

In cases where an eSIM was installed but failed to work due to a technical issue on our end (e.g. invalid profile, provisioning error), we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement eSIM at no additional cost.
