Acceptance of Terms

By using flexiSIM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

flexiSIM provides eSIM data plans for international travel. We act as a reseller of eSIM profiles provided by our network partners. Service availability and speeds may vary by location and network conditions.

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are final once an eSIM profile has been downloaded and installed. Refunds are available for eSIMs that have not been installed. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

eSIM Usage

eSIM profiles are single-use and cannot be transferred or re-downloaded once installed
Data plans have a fixed validity period starting from activation
Unused data does not roll over after the validity period expires
eSIMs are for personal, non-commercial use only

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability

flexiSIM is not liable for network outages, speed variations, or service interruptions caused by third-party network providers. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected eSIM plan.
